Site Manager – Mining Full Time

Description:
Hire Resolve’s Client is currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their mining company based in the Northern Cape. You will be responsible for managing site operations to ensure safe, efficient and on-time project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations and supervise teams.
• Plan work, manage schedules and monitor project progress.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and site procedures.
• Manage budgets, resources and materials.
• Handle reporting, client communication and on-site issues.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Relevant Tertiary Qualification
• 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager holding a 2.6.1 legal appointment
• Blasting Certificate for Opencast Mines
• Legal Liability Certificate
• HIRA Certificate
• Valid Driver’s License

Benefits:

• Salary:R780K – R1.2Mil P/A
