Site Agent – Civil Engineering Industry Full Time

Hire Resolve’s client in the construction industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Site Agent able to work in various locations nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate and control the activities of site staff and agreed quality standards set out in the contract
• Liaise with clients, site staff and manage agreed quantities programmes
• Submit monthly revenue certificates and cost estimates
• Set and maintain work sequences and construction programmes
• Control costs and cash flow management
• Set and maintain production targets and operational efficiencies
• Drive projects to completion
• Effective problem solving
• Sub-Contractor management

Requirements

• Civil Engineering Degree/Diploma
• 5-6 years experience in a similar role preferably in the Construction and Civil Engineering Industry
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Leadership and Business acumen qualities
• Innovative and profit driven
