Site Agent Contract

Hire Resolve is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Site Agent to join their team in Sasolburg. As a Site Agent, you will be responsible for overseeing construction sites and ensuring all operations are running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise construction projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and on schedule
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
• Inspect construction sites regularly to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Monitor and track project progress, reporting any issues or delays to management
• Manage and mentor construction workers, providing guidance and support as needed

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field
• Previous experience working as a Site Agent or similar role
• MUST have “greenfield” experience complete infrastructure development experience in water & sewer reticulation, roads & stormwater installation, mass earth works.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• CCS (Candy) experience, he must be able to do payment certificates independently.
• must be able to programme a job and work towards production targets.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Valid driver’s license
