Senior Wealth Assistant Full Time

A wealth management company is looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Wealth Assistant who is fluent in English and Afrikaans to support Wealth Managers and Advisors. The successful candidate will assist with financial reviews, retirement and investment instructions, and ensure clients receive exceptional service.

Responsibiltiies 

• Support Wealth Managers/Advisors with new and existing client business.

• Handle retirement claims, insurance applications, and investment transfers.

• Assist with client Will reviews and payments.

• Maintain client records and ensure compliance with FICA & FAIS legislation.

• Address client enquiries and complaints professionally.

• Support special projects and build strong client relationships.

Requirements 

• Matric + NQF 6 Advanced Certificate in Wealth Management, Financial Planning, or related qualification.

• 5+ years’ experience in the investment/financial services industry.

• 3+ years’ experience in broker support or wealth assistant roles.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
