Senior Software Engineer Full Time

A company that specializes in AI-powered interaction intelligence and conversational analytics, primarily for the call center and customer service industries, is seeking a seasoned Software Engineer to join their team. You will be responsible for maintaining a robust, long-standing codebase while simultaneously driving innovation through modern integrations and AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using C#, ASP.NET, and MSSQL.

• Modernization & Integration: Build responsive interfaces using Razor/Blazor and execute complex integration projects utilizing PowerShell and Node.js.

• Code Stewardship: Maintain a 10+ year-old codebase while providing strategic suggestions for structural improvements and refactoring.

• Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure high-performance, bug-free software.

• AI Innovation: Leverage AI coding agents to accelerate development and contribute to the creation of bespoke AI solutions.

• Leadership: Provide technical mentorship, manage project timelines, and apply best practices in design patterns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Core Stack: Expert-level C#, ASP.NET, and MSSQL.

• Web Technologies: Proficiency in Razor/Blazor, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Node.js.

• Tools & Infrastructure: Strong command of Git; experience with Azure (preferred) and API integration.

• Automation: Ability to use PowerShell for system integration and task automation.

• Education: Degree or Diploma in Software Development.
