Senior Site Agent Contract

Hire Resolve is a leading construction company looking for a highly skilled Senior Site Agent to join our team. As a Senior Site Agent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring their successful completion within agreed timelines and budgets.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute construction projects from start to finish
• Manage on-site teams and subcontractors to ensure high-quality work and adherence to safety standards
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports and financial records

Requirements:

• SACPCMP registration
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Proven track record of successfully managing and completing construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• SANRAL experience
