Senior Site Agent Contract

We are seeking a Senior Site Agent to manage large-scale civil and building projects across KZN.

This is an exciting, fast-paced role overseeing civil works, construction of substations, bridges, rail infrastructure, and complex services such as fibre, HVAC, and fire systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day construction activities across multiple sites
• Oversee civil and building works in line with project specifications and quality standards
• Manage subcontractors and local labour efficiently
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
• Liaise with stakeholders and senior management

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in civil infrastructure delivery, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
• Proven track record on major rail, road, or transport infrastructure projects involving multi-disciplinary coordination
• Proven ability to run high-pressure projects independently
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Experience managing subcontractors is essential
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or equivalent.
