Senior Scrum Master Full Time

Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Scrum Master to join their team. As a Senior Scrum Master you will play a pivotal role in facilitating Agile practices, coaching teams, and driving continuous
improvement within an organization.

Responsibilities: 

• Implementing Agile framework e.g. Scrum, SAFE
• Running all Agile related ceremonies
• Managing project delivery and deadlines
• Agile Training and workshops
• Leadership and influence change
• Metrics and reporting and presenting to key stakeholders (EXCO, MANCO, Business Leads)
• Involved in large project releases requiring change management

Requirements:

• 6+ years as a Scrum Master in Software Development environments
• Coach Agile teams
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies
• Drive agile frameworks and adoption in development and across the company
• Remove impediments
• Provide agile training and workshops
• Agile metrics and delivery reporting
• Facilitate change management and agility
