A leading Pre-owned car dealership is looking for an experienced Senior Retail Manager to join their team. The Senior Retail Manager will drive the retail strategy and operations, oversee sales performance, improve efficiency, and manage the overall retail division. The role will take over the COO’s current responsibility for managing the warehouse and retail operations.
Responsibilities:
Oversee retail business operations, including:
Sales and customer experience
Warehouse operations
Buying team
Large call centre
Manage departmental managers to ensure operational excellence.
Drive efficiency and performance improvements across the retail division.
Requirements:
Candidates from large retail chains (e.g., Pick n Pay) may be considered.
Dealer Principals (automotive) are ideal but not mandatory.
Focus is on skill and capability, not age or race.
Must be available to start in January 2026.
