Creditors & Wages Clerk – Bellville Full Time

Hire Resolve is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Creditors & Wages Clerk to join our client’s team in Bellville. As a Creditors & Wages Clerk, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records of financial transactions related to creditors and wages.

Responsibilities:

• Processing invoices and reconciling supplier accounts
• Preparing and processing wages and salaries
• Ensuring compliance with payroll regulations and company policies
• Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions
• Assisting with month-end and year-end financial processes
• Handling creditor and wage-related queries
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting

Requirements:

• Relevant qualification in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and numerical skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Knowledge of payroll regulations and processes
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
