Senior Engineer Full Time

A leading infrastructure engineering consultancy in Cape Town is seeking a Senior Engineer to join their team. The firm specializes in urban engineering, transport, water, and structural projects. The Senior Engineer will oversee the design, management, and quality of urban infrastructure projects, act as Contract Engineer/Employer’s Agent, handle contract administration and tender documentation, prepare construction cost estimates, and ensure successful delivery of urban roads and underground municipal services.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a contract engineer

• Handle contract administration and tender documentation

• Prepare construction cost estimates.

• Manage projects, design, and quality for:

  • Urban roads.

  • Underground municipal services.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum: B.Eng or B.Sc (Civil Engineering).

• Ideal: M.Eng or M.Sc.

Professional Registration:

• Must be a PrEng.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years post-professional registration in relevant fields.

Technical Skills:

• MS Excel.

• AutoCAD.

• Civil 3D.

• Civilsoft Bill.
