Sales Representative – Manufacturing Full Time NEW

Hire Resolve’s client is seeking an Sales Representative to join their team in George, Western Cape. As an Internal Sales Representative, you will play a key role in managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will provide product information, support sales operations, and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
• Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales records and customer interactions.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and sales reports.
• Provide product knowledge and support to customers.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in internal sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive and goal-driven mindset.
• Knowledge of electrical and solar products is an advantage.
