✅ Proven experience in a sales role (experience in agricultural, construction, or industrial equipment will be advantageous)
✅ Strong negotiation and closing skills
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
✅ Self-motivated, driven, and target-oriented
✅ Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region
✅ Computer literate (MS Office)
