Responsibilities:
Target: Achieve and exceed a monthly target of R300,000.
Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and monitor individual and team performance daily.
Activity & Pipeline: Oversee appointments, conversions, pipeline management, and forecasting.
Talent Management: Recruit, onboard, and continuously develop sales representatives.
Business Development: Drive revenue growth, explore new business opportunities, and maintain key client relationships.
Minimum Requirements:
Experience: 3–5 years in office automation or a related sales sector.
Track Record: Proven history of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, retain, and manage high-performing sales talent.
Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and reporting abilities.
Attributes: High-energy, disciplined, and results-oriented.
