Their unique approach combines LinkedIn engagement, personalised outreach, and industry insights to generate high-quality sales opportunities for their Account Executive team. They are looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and enjoys building relationships through modern prospecting techniques.

Overview: 

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for identifying and engaging prospective customers through a strategic multi-channel outbound sales approach. The successful candidate will leverage LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and data-driven prospecting techniques to generate qualified meetings for the Account Executive team.

This role requires a proactive, resilient individual who enjoys personalised outreach, values quality conversations over volume, and is passionate about creating new business opportunities.

Responsibilities: 

1. Outbound Sales & Prospecting 

• Execute outbound sales campaigns using LinkedIn, email, and telephone.
• Source and qualify prospective customers within assigned industries.
• Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Conduct personalised outreach through LinkedIn connection requests and messaging.
• Manage email sequences using outbound sales engagement tools.
• Perform cold calling as part of a structured multi-channel sales strategy.
• Follow up promptly with inbound interest and marketing-generated leads.
• Engage prospects across multiple communication channels to maximise response rates.

2. Pipeline Generation

• Generate qualified meetings for the Account Executive team.
• Schedule discovery meetings using meeting scheduling software.
• Manage multiple prospecting campaigns simultaneously.
• Maintain an organised pipeline of active opportunities

3. CRM & Sales Administration 

• Accurately update prospect activity and meeting outcomes.
• Maintain clean and accurate prospect records.
• Track daily sales activity and performance metrics.
• Ensure all outreach activities are properly documented

4. Relationship Building

• Build rapport with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue leaders.
• Deliver highly personalised communication rather than generic messaging.
• Understand prospect challenges and tailor conversations accordingly.
• Represent the company professionally across all communication channels.

Requirements: 

• 2–5 years’ experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or similar outbound sales role.
• Proven experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
• Experience executing multi-channel outreach campaigns.
• Previous B2B SaaS sales experience is highly advantageous.
• Experience selling to Marketing, Sales, or Revenue leaders is preferred.
• Exposure to Martech or related SaaS solutions would be beneficial.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
