Sales and Marketing Manager Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Manage the sales team and provide leadership and guidance for their professional growth.
• Analyse market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective execution of sales and marketing strategies.
• Monitor and track sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to senior management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our competitive advantage.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.
• Participate in industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
• Manage the sales and marketing budget to ensure effective resource allocation.
• Lead market research initiatives to gather insights and identify customer needs.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the recruitment industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented.
• Valid driver’s license.
