Saipa Trainee Full Time

Hire Resolve’s Client is seeking a motivated individual to join their team in the accounting industry as a SAIPA Trainee. As a SAIPA Trainee, you will have the opportunity to kickstart your career in accounting and work towards becoming a qualified Professional Accountant.

You will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to develop your skills in various areas, including accounting, taxation, financial management, and business advisory services. Working in a dynamic and supportive environment, you will gain hands-on experience by working with a diverse portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Participate in tax compliance and advisory services.
• Support in financial analysis and budgeting activities.
• Engage in client meetings and communications.
• Contribute to team projects and deliverables.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled or planning to enroll in the SAIPA training program
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Strong academic record
• Familiarity with accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ambitious and driven mindset
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and accounting software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ethical conduct and commitment to professional development.
