Job Title: SAICA Trainee
Location: Pretoria, South Africa
Hire Resolve’s prestigious Client’s accounting firm in Pretoria is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a SAICA Trainee. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience and training in the field of accounting, with the goal of becoming a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)).
Responsibilities:
– Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports
– Conducting audit procedures and tests in accordance with auditing standards
– Assisting with tax compliance and planning
– Supporting senior staff with client engagements
– Developing a strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations
– Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
– Completed or in the process of completing a relevant accounting degree
– Strong academic record and commitment to pursuing a career in accounting
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
– Strong verbal and written communication skills
– Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
– Eligibility to enroll as a SAICA Trainee
