Revenue Operations Manager Full Time

Hire Resolve is a leading recruitment agency seeking a skilled and experienced Revenue Operations Manager for an education centre based in Cape Town. As the Revenue Operations Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company’s revenue generation and overall operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize revenue operations processes to ensure seamless flow and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to align strategies and drive revenue growth
• Utilize revenue intelligence tools and CRM systems to track, analyse, and derive insights from revenue-related data
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through effective data management and analytics
• Forecast revenue performance and provide financial projections to support strategic decision-making
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and mitigate risks through effective management
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and maximize revenue

Requirements

• Previous experience in revenue operations or related roles
• Solid understanding of revenue operations principles and best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in revenue intelligence tools and CRM systems
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
