Responsibilities

• Collaborate with different departments to assess customer opportunities
• Support market initiatives and develop local programs
• Ensure timely input to the commercial planning process
• Achieve yearly volume, net revenue, and gross profit targets
• Increase market share and monitor performance
• Establish contracts and manage customer P&L
• Execute seasonal strategies and promotions
• Improve product distribution and availability
• Manage equipment placement and price execution
• Maintain effective communication and account relations
• Ensure complaints are followed up internally and maintain customer data
• Manage and maintain relationships for retail customers at store level
