Residential Development Manager Full Time

Hire Resolve’s client is urgently seeking the expertise of a Resident Development Manager in Cape Town.

Key Requirements:

• 5-7 years experience in high end residential development
• Degree in Property Management, Construction Management or similar
• Commercially minded, with a strong focus on identifying land and development opportunities
• Experience with council processes, proposals, pre-groundbreaking requirements, zoning, etc.
• Ideally come from a Property / Real Estate background
• Permanent role
