Quality Management Systems Facilitator – Upington, Northern Cape Contract

Hire Resolve’s client is looking for a QMS Facilitator to join their team on a 12 month duration in Upington, NC. They are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Facilitator to lead a learnership program in Quality Management Systems. This program aims to equip learners with the skills and knowledge necessary to implement, maintain, and enhance quality management systems in line with industry standards.

Responsibilities: 

• Facilitate training sessions for the National Certificate: Quality Management Systems (NQF Level 5) in accordance with the curriculum.
• Provide practical and theoretical instruction to learners, ensuring engagement and understanding.
• Monitor and assess learner progress, offering constructive feedback and support.
• Prepare and distribute training materials, registers, and evaluation documents.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and learner outcomes.
• Support learners in completing workplace projects and meeting program requirements.
• Ensure compliance with SETA and QCTO standards throughout the training program

Requirements: 

• A qualification in Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (NQF Level 6 or higher preferred).
• Accredited as a facilitator with a valid ETDP SETA certification.
• At least 2 years of facilitation experience, preferably in quality management or related programs.
• Strong understanding of ISO standards, particularly ISO 9001.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in managing diverse learner groups in a structured learning environment.

Preferred Competencies

• Familiarity with the National Certificate: Quality Management Systems curriculum.
• Knowledge of South African skills development frameworks, including SETA and QCTO requirements.
• Practical experience in implementing or auditing quality management systems.
• Ability to mentor and support learners in both classroom and workplace contexts.
