Registration as a Professional Quantity Surveyor (PrQS) with SACQSP
5 – 10 years of relevant experience in a consulting QS environment
Strong working knowledge of WinQS and DimX
Expertise in delay analysis and quantum calculations
Proven experience in claims management
A relevant degree in Quantity Surveying
Conduct and manage cost planning, analysis, and control throughout project lifecycles
Lead delay analysis and quantum calculations related to project claims
Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective cost and contract management
Provide strategic insight into complex commercial and contractual challenges
