A well-established manufacturing organisation is seeking an experienced Production Manager to take ownership of day-to-day plant operations and drive efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement across their production environment. ✅ Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Production Manager or similar supervisory role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
✅ Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to build high-performance teams.
✅ Solid understanding of production planning, workflow optimisation, and quality management systems.
✅ Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
✅ Strong communication, reporting, and organisational capabilities.
