Planner Full Time NEW

Hire Resolve is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual for our client as a Planner. The Planner will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail. The Planner will work closely with various departments to coordinate and manage projects, budgets, and timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals
• Coordinate and manage projects, budgets, and timelines
• Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure project goals are met
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to management
• Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
• Conduct research and market analysis to identify new opportunities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation
• Provide recommendations for process improvements
• Participate in meetings and presentations as required

Requirements:

• Minimum 7-10 years experience in strategic planning
• 2 years experience in a senior/lead role advantageous
• Proficient in MS Project and Primavera
• Experience in the Engineering and Construction phase of planning within the chemical/petrochemical/oil and gas sector.
• Valid code E/EB drivers license 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
