Operations Manger Full Time

leading Container Logistics / Transport Services company is seeking a skilled Operations Manager to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations across Operations and Fleet Control teams

• Ensure smooth running of logistics and transport schedules

• Oversee staff management, including attendance, wages, and operational discipline

• Step in to handle client interactions when operational issues arise

• Supervise and manage a blue-collar workforce (drivers and ground staff)

• Coordinate priorities in a fast-moving environment to ensure operational efficiency

   

Requirements:

• Strong people management and leadership skills

• Hands-on, practical problem-solving approach

• Ability to multitask, “run around,” and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• No technical maintenance knowledge required

• Previous operations management experience within transport/logistics highly beneficial
