A South African distributor and retailer of premium international consumer electronics and smart lifestyle technology brands is seeking an organized, detail-driven Multi-Brand Digital Coordinator to execute digital marketing strategies across a portfolio of brands.
Responsibilities:
Brand & Content Coordination: Maintain distinct brand voices, adapt global content for the South African market, ensure alignment with brand guidelines, and maintain content calendars.
Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok; monitor community engagement and track platform growth.
Paid Media & Sponsored Advertising: Assist in executing paid social campaigns, manage sponsored placements, monitor ad spend/metrics, and report optimization opportunities.
Influencer & Partner Campaigns: Coordinate influencer collaborations from briefing to post-execution, track deliverables, and manage partner initiatives.
Campaign Execution: Launch promotional campaigns aligned with sales goals, support end-to-end rollouts, and prepare comprehensive post-campaign reviews.
Website & Digital Support: Update site content to reflect current campaigns and promotions, collaborating with internal teams and developers as needed.
Reporting & Analytics: Generate monthly multi-brand performance reports tracking engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI to deliver actionable insights.
Minimum Requirements:
Proven experience coordinating multiple brand identities.
Strong hands-on experience with Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Exposure to paid social ad platforms and influencer campaign coordination.
Proficiency with Zoho CRM / marketing tools.
Strong organizational, copywriting, and data reporting skills.
Basic knowledge of SEO or email marketing.
Light graphic design or short-form video editing skills.
Experience adapting international brand content for local markets.
