Millwright Full Time

Hire Resolve is excited to be working with a reputable client in Benoni who is in search of a talented Millwright to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be integral in maintaining optimal operation of machinery and equipment in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems and machinery
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures
• Maintain and update maintenance logs and reports accurately
• Assist in the installation of new machinery and modifications
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment failures swiftly
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency

Requirements

• Qualified Millwright with a recognised trade certificate
• Must have experience in the beverage industry
• Proficient in mechanical and electrical repair techniques
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
