A leading national residential property developer and community management company is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join their on-site operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that buildings, facilities, and common areas are maintained to the highest standards of quality and safety.
:
✅ Grade 12 (Matric)
✅ Trade qualification (Electrical / Plumbing / Millwright or similar preferred)
✅ 3–5 years’ experience in property, estate, or facilities maintenance
✅ Strong knowledge of general building systems
✅ Valid driver’s license
✅ Ability to work independently and within a team
✅ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
✅ Good communication and customer service skills
