Machine Operator Full Time

A leading food manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Machine Operator with strong experience in operating Form Fill Seal (FFS) machinery to join their team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient machine operation, maintaining product quality, and supporting production targets within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor Form Fill Seal (FFS) machines efficiently
• Ensure consistent product quality and adherence to production standards
• Perform routine machine checks and basic maintenance
• Identify and report any faults or production issues
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Work closely with the production team to meet output targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience operating Form Fill Seal (FFS) machines
• Strong machine operating experience within a manufacturing environment (preferably food production)
• Good understanding of production processes and quality standards
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
