Junior Structural Engineer Full Time

Hire Resolve is on the lookout for a talented Junior Structural Engineer to join a prominent Civil Engineering firm in their Johannesburg office. The ideal candidate will contribute to exciting projects in various sectors including industrial, commercial, and residential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the design of structures using software tools and manual calculations.
• Collaborating with engineers and project managers to ensure project requirements are met.
• Creating detailed engineering drawings and specifications.
• Conducting site inspections to gather data and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Supporting senior engineers in project execution and documentation.
• Staying updated with current engineering trends and technologies.

• BSc in Civil Engineering or related field.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in structural engineering.
• Fluent in Afrikaans
• Familiarity with CAD software and structural analysis programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A passion for engineering and continuous learning is essential.
