Junior Sales Operations Manager – Chemical Industry Full Time

Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Junior Sales Operations Manager in the Chemical Industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and operations, with a focus on the chemical industry.

Responsibilities:

• Providing timely and effective support to sales and KAM team in regards to operational excellence
• Specific area of responsibility are: Change management agenda, supporting continuous improvement in sales processes Coordination of Customer, Channel & Category reporting (sell-in and sell-out)
• Development of executive and business dashboards
• Implementation of the right tools for order entry and order tracking
• Support for CRM tools and analysis
• Preparation of Sales plans templates
• Masterplan tracking – promo execution, WD, broadsheets, extra display and cross category
• Support for demand planning implementing the right tools and reports (Rolling forecast, Stock on Hand updates, disposition lists)
• OOS reporting
• Materials phase-in and phase-out strategy
• Connection with Business planning and Supply planning to ensure stock aligned with demand
• Focus on scrapping optimization, in close connection with supply planning, quality team, marketing

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
• Previous experience in sales operations, preferably in the chemical industry
• Previous experience in sales excellence, sales operation, business planning is required
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, advanced EXCEL
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a multi-functional team
• High energy level and strong analytical conceptual thinking
• Entrepreneurial attitude in managing activities and project
