Junior Frontend/Backend Developer Full Time

Hire Resolve is looking for a Junior Frontend/Backend Developer to join our client’s team in Sandton. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment. As a Junior Developer, you will be involved in various stages of software development, contributing to both front-end and back-end projects. You will collaborate with experienced developers and participate in the design, development, and implementation of applications.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the development team to design, implement, and maintain web applications.
• Develop user interfaces using JavaScript frameworks (NextJS/React, with familiarity in Angular or Vue a plus).
• Work on backend development using PHP (or willingness to learn).
• Debug and troubleshoot issues, providing efficient solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Approximately 1 year of experience in web development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks, particularly NextJS or React (experience with Angular or Vue is also acceptable).
• Basic knowledge of PHP is beneficial; candidates with strong PHP backgrounds will be considered.
• Strong analytical and reasoning abilities, with a proactive approach to challenges.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
