Junior Developer Full Time

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Developer to join a dynamic development team. The successful candidate will contribute to the design, development, testing, implementation, and ongoing support of business systems and applications. This role is ideal for a technically strong individual who is eager to grow and develop within a professional software environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions
• Provide internal and client-facing technical support
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Maintain and enhance existing systems and tools
• Support the development of technical processes and procedures
• Research and evaluate new and emerging technologies
• Analyse complex systems and propose practical solutions
• Identify opportunities for system and process improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional development teams
• Produce clear technical documentation
• Follow established source control and development standards

Minimum Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent qualification
• Relevant development qualification or practical experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities
• Strong problem-solving mindset

Technical Skills & Experience

• C#
• .NET Framework / .NET Core
• Microsoft SQL Server
• WCF and RESTful Web Services
• Azure DevOps (Advantageous)
