IT Technician Full Time

Hire Resolve’s client is seeking an IT Technician who will provide effective and efficient IT technical and IT device support, to ensure effective user and network continuity which include access control infrastructure and CCTV architecture at the operation.

Responsibilities: 

• Access / CCTV / IT support and technical services

• Technical security support

• SHERQ adherence

• Work Ethics

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12

• COMPTIA A+ Information Technology certificate

• COMPTIA N+ Information Technology certificate

• Microsoft certified Systems Engineering/Microsoft Integration Technology Professional certificate (Recommended)

• Minimum of three (3) years operational network and technical support experience
• MCSE Basic Server Module and Basic Active Directory Module

• Ability to differentiate between all colours

• Work at heights

• Work in confined spaces and dusty environment

• IT policies and procedures

• Procurement policies

• Basic user in MS Office Suite

• Applicable discipline-specific software and hardware programs

• Advanced user of XP Operating system

• Advanced knowledge of CCTV and access control equipment installed at mine
• Must be flexible and conduct accurate repairs in short space of time

• Medically fit

• Meet required medical fitness standards

• Driver’s license

• Valid Code EB/B driver’s license
