Inventory Coordinator Full Time

Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Coordinator to join their team in Johannesburg. This role is ideal for an individual with strong inventory control skills and a passion for process accuracy and efficiency within a fast-paced supply chain environment.

:
Manage and monitor inventory levels across all storage and production areas.
Perform routine cycle counts and support periodic stock take processes.
Investigate inventory variances and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate stock records and ensure timely updating of inventory systems (ERP).
Coordinate inventory movements including receiving, internal transfers, and dispatch.
Collaborate with procurement, production, and warehousing to ensure adequate stock availability.
Compile and analyse inventory reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Ensure inventory operations align with company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures.

:
✅ Grade 12 / Matric (Mathematics and Accounting preferred)
✅ National Diploma or equivalent qualification in Inventory Management, Supply Chain, or Logistics (advantageous)
✅ Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in an inventory coordination or stock control role
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Syspro, Oracle)
✅ Strong analytical and numerical skills
✅ Excellent communication and coordination abilities
✅ Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment with attention to detail
