Inventory Coordinator Full Time NEW

Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Coordinator to join their team in Johannesburg. This role is ideal for an individual with strong inventory control skills and a passion for process accuracy and efficiency within a fast-paced supply chain environment.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
📚 Manage and monitor inventory levels across all storage and production areas.
📚 Perform routine cycle counts and support periodic stock take processes.
📚 Investigate inventory variances and implement corrective actions.
📚 Maintain accurate stock records and ensure timely updating of inventory systems (ERP).
📚 Coordinate inventory movements including receiving, internal transfers, and dispatch.
📚 Collaborate with procurement, production, and warehousing to ensure adequate stock availability.
📚 Compile and analyse inventory reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
📚 Ensure inventory operations align with company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
✅ Grade 12 / Matric (Mathematics and Accounting preferred)
✅ National Diploma or equivalent qualification in Inventory Management, Supply Chain, or Logistics (advantageous)
✅ Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in an inventory coordination or stock control role
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Syspro, Oracle)
✅ Strong analytical and numerical skills
✅ Excellent communication and coordination abilities
✅ Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment with attention to detail
