Intermediate Business Analyst Full Time

Hire Resolve’s client is seeking an Intermediate Business Analyst to join their team.

As an Intermediate Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and facilitating the implementation of solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders from various departments to understand their needs and translate them into clear and actionable specifications.

Responsibilities

• Requirements collection and functional specification documentation
• Supporting projects by conducting testing, reviewing, and resolving defects as required
• Work closely with the Lead developer and Product Owner to align development efforts
• Mentorship of less experienced Business Analysts
• Form part of the delivery team in our SDCL (Scrum)
• Some level of delivery management and prioritisation of features
• Contribute to product development

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
• Requirements collection and functional specification documentation
• Technically inclined and able to interact with APIs via Postman
• Managing project delivery and deadlines
• Building standards for specifications and SDLC
• Mentorship of less experienced BAs
• Delivery planning for projects
• Product development experience
