Industrial Engineer Full Time

We are seeking a motivated Industrial Engineer to join our high-volume manufacturing team. The successful candidate will support production processes, drive efficiency improvements, and contribute to operational excellence in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize production
• Monitor and analyze production performance to meet operational targets
• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational and process improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in Industrial Engineering
• Professional registration with ECSA (Candidate or Professional) – advantageous
• 2–5+ years’ experience in FMCG manufacturing or high-volume production
• Strong foundation in math, science, and engineering principles
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and people skills
