Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for building relationships and growing business within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry? We are looking for an energetic and results-oriented Hybrid Sales Representative to join a dynamic team representing a leading healthcare products company.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing customer relationships through a combination of field visits and virtual engagement. You’ll identify new business opportunities, promote an extensive portfolio of healthcare products, and deliver exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets.
:
✅ Grade 12 (tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field will be advantageous).
✅ Previous external sales experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical, or FMCG sector.
✅ Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
✅ Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
✅ Computer literate (Microsoft Office and CRM systems).
✅ Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle.
✅ Willingness to travel within the allocated territory.
