HR and Payroll Manager – Printing Company Full Time

Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a highly qualified and experienced HR and Payroll Manager to join their team at a reputable printing company in Gauteng. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources and payroll functions within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full payroll process, including processing and verifying employee time and attendance, calculating and distributing salaries, and maintaining accurate payroll records
• Oversee all aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding, including conducting new hire orientations, processing necessary paperwork, and facilitating exit interviews
• Maintain compliance local employment regulations, including reporting requirements, tax filings, and labor laws
• Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with current laws and industry best practices
• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries, including but not limited to benefits, payroll, and company policies
• Conduct investigations into employee complaints or grievances, partnering with management to find appropriate resolutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in HR and payroll management (Psiber experience beneficial)
• Strong knowledge local employment laws and regulations
• Experience with payroll processing software and systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently
• CCMA CON/ARB process experience
