Job Description:
Our client is seeking a talented Junior Structural Engineer to join their organization. The successful candidate will work under the guidance of experienced senior engineers to design and analyze structural systems for a variety of projects. This role will involve collaborating with architects, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed successfully and meet all necessary specifications.
Responsibilities:
– Assist senior engineers in the design and analysis of structural systems using software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SAP2000
– Conduct site visits to gather data and assess structural conditions
– Prepare calculations and reports to support design decisions
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
– Attend client meetings and communicate project updates effectively
– Stay current on industry trends and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
– Strong technical skills and proficiency in structural analysis software programs
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills
– Attention to detail and ability to work independently
– Previous internship or work experience in structural engineering is a plus
