✅ Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Management, Operations, Engineering, or related field
✅ Minimum 8–10 years’ senior management experience
✅ Strong leadership and people management skills
✅ Proven experience managing large-scale operations
✅ Excellent financial and commercial acumen
✅ Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✅ Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and operational systems
✅ Valid driver’s license
