General Manager Full Time

A leading entrepreneurial company and leading manufacturer of mobile ablution facilities is seeking a General Manager to join their team. As General Manager, you will lead a 45-person team to new heights. The role requires oversight of all departments to ensure that the mission of AA is executed while upholding our deep-rooted values

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Vision

• Drive strategic plans aligned with mission

• Explore and grow markets: exports, mining, military, civil, events

Operations & Production Management

• Lead manufacturing for efficiency and innovation

• Promote R&D and technology adoption

Sales, Business Development & Customer Satisfaction

• Grow domestic and international clients

• Build strong customer relationships and loyalty

• Support marketing, pricing, and lead management

Supply Chain & Vendor Management

• Develop reliable supplier networks

• Streamline procurement, inventory, and logistics

Service, Maintenance & Training

• Oversee repairs, spares, warranties, and training

• Ensure high service delivery standards

People & Culture

• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams

• Foster a culture of trust, transparency, and well-being

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure regulatory and manufacturing compliance

• Uphold corporate governance standards

Requirements:

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s+ in Engineering/Business/Manufacturing (or related)

• 7–10 years senior operational leadership (manufacturing/custom fabrication preferred)

Skills & Competencies

• Strategic thinker, growth-focused

• Strong manufacturing & custom design knowledge

• R&D integration experience

• Supplier negotiation & supply chain expertise

• Financially savvy, business-minded leader

Preferred Knowledge

• NRCS standards

• Trailer manufacturing

• Welding, plumbing, electrical, assembly

• AutoCAD 3D
