This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the national fraud risk management function, ensuring robust systems, proactive controls, and effective investigative practices are in place to protect both customers and the business.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Risk, Finance, Business, Law, or equivalent).
✅ Proven experience in fraud risk management, investigations, or financial crime prevention.
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
✅ Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
✅ Experience in a high-volume consumer or financial services environment will be advantageous.
