Finance Manager Full Time

Hire Resolve’s Client in the Security and Risk Industry is currently seeking a Finance Manager to join their team in Johannesburg. As a Finance Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the financial operations of the company and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the financial planning and analysis process
• Prepare financial reports for management
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Monitor and analyze financial performance
• Provide financial guidance to senior management
• Manage financial risks and develop risk mitigation strategies

 Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• Professional qualification (CA, ACMA.) is preferred
• Proven experience in a Finance Manager position
• Excellent knowledge of financial operations and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
