Finance Manager Full Time

Hire Resolve is currently seeking a Finance Manager to join an IT firm in their finance department. As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations and providing financial insights and analysis to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management
• Manage cash flow and ensure accurate and timely invoicing and collections
• Develop and implement financial control processes and procedures
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial outcomes
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Lead and manage a team of finance professionals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Professional certification such as CA(sa) is preferred
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager in an IT firm
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with financial control processes and procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Leadership and team management abilities
