An established organisation is looking for a skilled and results-driven Finance Manager to take ownership of the financial function. The role requires a strong balance of strategic insight and hands-on management, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and effective support of business objectives.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA(SA)/CIMA or equivalent qualification advantageous).
✅ 5–7 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
✅ Strong understanding of financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance frameworks.
✅ Advanced proficiency in Excel and solid experience with financial systems.
✅ Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
✅ Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
