Finance Clerk Full Time

Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Finance Clerk to join their finance team in Bellville. This role plays a key part in supporting the finance department through accurate processing of supplier
invoices, payments, reconciliations, and maintaining financial records up to Trial Balance level. The
ideal candidate will be proficient in SAGE Evolution, thrive in a structured environment, and have a strong aptitude for numbers, systems, and routine admin and financial responsibilities

:

• Matric / Grade 12

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar finance or creditors role

• Proven hands-on experience with SAGE Evolution (non-negotiable)

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Solid understanding of accounting principles and best practices

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management

• Strong communication skills — verbal and written

• Contactable and verifiable references

• A tertiary qualification in Finance or Accounting will be a strong advantage
