An exciting opportunity has opened for a Document Controller to join a forward-thinking team on a high-impact Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project commencing this October. This 18-month contract will involve working across three nearby project sites, requiring a hands-on approach and a solid understanding of construction documentation in energy infrastructure environments.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Manage and control construction documentation, drawings, revisions, permits, and compliance records.
Ensure document workflows align with auditing standards and regulatory frameworks.
Move between multiple project sites within close proximity to ensure consistent document control and site support.
Support the broader project team in maintaining accurate, auditable, and accessible documentation.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
5+ years’ experience in the construction industry, preferably within energy, mining, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
Experience with power stations, solar, battery storage, or utility plants is highly advantageous.
Holds a relevant Construction or Project Management qualification.
Proficient in drawing control systems, revision tracking, and compliance documentation.
Comfortable working on-site and managing documentation across multiple locations.
