• Support the Nursing Manager in ensuring safe, high-quality patient care
• Oversee patient risk management and drive positive clinical outcomes
• Manage resources, lead a competent workforce, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality assurance

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Nursing
• Post Basic Diploma in Operating Theatre
• Leadership/Management Qualification (Essential)
• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory position within Theatre (e.g., Unit Manager)
• Private sector experience (advantageous)
